Since its inception in the year 2015, June 21st is celebrated as the International
Day of Yoga.
Yoga Day was celebrated by the students and teachers at SKS WORLD SCHOOL
with great zeal. This day symbolizes for physical and mental health. The family
of SKS also participated with the same spirit.
Virtual session on yoga day started with Om Chanting. Teachers gave an
impressive introduction to the students about Yoga Day and explained the
correct way of doing asanas.
Students also showcased great interest and performed various asanas
gracefully. All the students were excited and felt energetic.
